starting friday i will officially be an employee of the city of abbotsford! i'm so excited! this will be a lifesaver for my family so i can't even begin to describe what relief i'm feeling right now. this will open up a lot of doors for me, and i know that i will prove myself, i know that i will work hard, i know that i will do whatever is necessary to better the lives of my family.
i hope i can rely on my family and friends for support because i'm going to be asking a lot from them over the next little while as i need to go through all the training. after that my position will only be on-call but even with that i will still have so many opportunities ahead of me.i'm absolutely giddy with glee right now and will be celebrating over a bottle of wine with my always-supportive husband!
Congrats Candace! When I read 'big news' I was almost expecting to read that YOU were expecting! HAHAHA...that time will come a little bit later I'm sure ;)
